My overall experience was a fantastic stay! I celebrated my birthday during my stay and this was acknowledged by staff and was much appreciated. Great location of the hotel and such a lovely stay. I would stay here again and recommend to others.

Very good, we also liked it's location . It was very easy to walk to the train station.
An added bonus was the boulangerie next door!

Gem of a place. Right near the train station; Wonderful staff who went out of their way to help us book tickets to Versaille on their computer--it was so appreciated. Made us feel very welcome. Service was really excellent. We would strongly recommend this hotel and hopefully will return next year for the Limoges Harp Competition 2026.

Friendly staff, comfortable room, and good location. Only negative is that use of the pool and sauna is quite expensive at €15/hour extra.

Good experience until checkout when I was charged €20,20 in tourist tax and on checking my booking confirmation it should have been €10,10. I have emailed the hotel about this but have been ignored.
