We enjoyed our visit. Hôtel was central too visit the area.

However, we would like to point out that you booked a Comfort room, which is between 15 and 17 square meters. This may explain why the space did not entirely meet your expectations, especially for a stay with your dog. We also have Privilege rooms, which are more spacious, ranging from 17 to 21 square meters, should you wish to enjoy greater comfort during a future stay.

Regarding breakfast, its price reflects the quality of the products we offer, many of which are sourced from local producers, to provide our guests with an authentic and delicious experience.

We are sincerely sorry about the mold in the shower. This is a very important issue for us, and please be assured that we will pay closer attention to these details to improve the quality of our rooms.

We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back and making your next stay even more enjoyable.

It was great from the moment we walked in. We were too early for the check-in so the staff let us leave our luggage. Also gave advice on how to get to the old town and printed a bus timetable as we were going to visit a nearby village. Told us where to get the bus from also. On our last day they stored our luggage until we were ready to leave for the airport and ordered a Taxi for us. Will definitely return for another stay.

Good location and very nice room. Off road parking (pay machine) outside the hotel was a bonus.

It was our first time here as we changed route through France on our regular trips between UK and Spain. We loved the hotel experience. Also, very well located to connect to the motorway, and there’s a great parking nearby.

The only disappointment during my stay was that I had chosen the "forfait detente" but the swimming pool and sauna was closed from Tuesday due to a technical problem. The Reception staff kindly removed the full charge for the forfait at check-out, which I appreciated.
Overall, I was very pleased with my stay, and wlll stay at the Brit Hotel Limoges again.

1. Calculating the Overall Rating

Each review is rated on a scale of 1 to 5. The overall rating displayed on our website is the average of all ratings received.

Each rating is based on criteria common to all establishments in the network:

  • The Room
  • The Reception
  • The Bathroom
  • Breakfast
  • Access to the Hotel

Some establishments also have specific criteria based on their services: restaurant, wellness area, etc.
For each review, we add up the ratings assigned to each criterion, then divide this total by the number of criteria evaluated to generate the establishment's overall rating.

2. Certified Reviews

Only guests who have actually stayed at the establishment receive an invitation to share their experience. This approach guarantees that 100% of the reviews published are authentic. Reviews are collected via the Customer Alliance platform and transmitted in their entirety to our website.

3. Publication and Moderation of Reviews
