Really enjoyed my stay. Perfect for solo travellers like myself. Enjoyed pool/ spa facilities also.

We had a lovely stay, there was a nice bar in the hotel and a lovely outside seating area.

The room, numero 8, lacked one thing: a view. But otherwise is was perfect, as was my stay for two nights.

Way disappointed as we booked the hotel because it advertised a pool on booking.com. We came to town during the heat wave so we’re very frustrated to learn how expensive pool access is for guests. We would have stayed at the Novotel if the cost of the pool had been made explicit. We were very unhappy about it.
Reading reviews since it is obvious some staff have left people use it for free. Our receptionist was not friendly or understanding

Value for money and good location but room for improvement

Staff were welcoming and informative. They assisted with baggage storage when we arrived early and called us a taxi so we could zip over and see the porcelain museum in the afternoon. Location is very close to train station do you can walk to and from even with luggage. Easy.

Very pleasant. The only annoying thing was having to book time for the spa in advance as we often didn't know are plans that far in advance.

This hotel is very close to the Limoges train station which is what I needed since I was only staying here for one night before going home on the train. While the location is good for access to the train, I had some trouble finding restaurants with healthy options (and good ratings) close by. The hotel itself is fine for a short stay but my room was very small and I wouldn't have wanted to stay here for multiple days. Again, the receptionist was very helpful and the room was clean/quiet.
