Good experience until checkout when I was charged €20,20 in tourist tax and on checking my booking confirmation it should have been €10,10. I have emailed the hotel about this but have been ignored.

Poor was awoken by the bar next door in the floor below my room and had to ask reception to move us at 11 pm, had to insist as they were not accommodating at first. Refuse room 102

Nice hotel overall. Spa simple but clean. Lack of towels and gowns.

Overall was positive, nice, clean welcoming, its in a crappy area, so wasnt expecting a view of the cathedral or anything.

It was what I expected , the bed was super comfortable & the bathroom facilities good
One suggestion would be to get an English speaking news channel on the tv as I do not speak French
