Nice hotel well located near train station and city center

Very pleasant. Only potential issue was parking. We were fortunate that someone left as we arrived otherwise street was full - not sure what we would have done if no parking available. Parking payment machines very complex for English only speaker.

Know that if you want to come back to our establishment, do not hesitate to ask our team, the car parks not far from the hotel, there is one, especially behind the establishment next to a park called "Le champ de Juillet".

Welcoming staff and I enjoyed the spa. Not sure the PRIVILEGE room is worth the upgrade.

However, we would like to clarify that at the time of your booking, you had initially booked a standard room, and we had the pleasure of upgrading you to a Comfort room which are our intermediate rooms and not a Privilege room. That's why it wasn't as spacious.
We regret that the room did not fully meet your expectations in terms of temperature. If you had informed us of this concern during your stay, we could have taken the necessary steps to offer you a more comfortable room. Your satisfaction remains our priority, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again for an experience more in line with your expectations.

It would have been fine it we hadn’t experienced the poor management at reception regarding the city tax. Your hotel, your advert, your responsibility to get it right and not to inconvenience guests.

Nous sommes désolés d'apprendre que vous n'avez pas apprécié votre expérience avec notre établissement.
Nous avons pourtant rénovés il y a seulement quelques mois l'intégralité de nos chambres. De plus, lors de votre séjour, vous occupiez une chambre standard, qui sont nos plus petites chambres avec une superficie d'environ 13m2. Nous disposons de catégories de chambres plus spacieuses, nos chambres conforts et privilèges qui pourraient probablement mieux correspondre à vos besoins lors d'un prochain séjour.
En ce qui concerne votre remarque sur le personnel, la personne qui était présente est une personne qui a toute notre confiance et je vous assure qu'elle aime son métier (l'hôtellerie est surtout un univers de passion ;))
Actuellement, notre établissement est en cours de classification. La taxe de séjour est donc pour le moment non fixe et représente 3% du prix de la chambre. Malheureusement, sur certains sites de réservation, celle-ci est mal calculée lors de votre réservation ce qui explique que vous ayez dû payer + cher lors de votre check out. Nous nous en excusons mais n'avons pas la main dessus de notre côté.

Afin de clarifier votre remarque, notre buffet petit déjeuner dispose d'un choix varié de produits locaux que nous proposons sur celui ci (pains, confitures, miels, céréales, granola, yaourts, fromages, jus de fruits, œufs à la coque), de plats chauds (œufs brouillés maison, bacon) du salés avec un jambon Serrano, charcuteries variés)...
